Sally was introduced to the world of fiber arts at a very young age by her mother and grandmother, who were expert sewers, knitters and crocheters. By her teens, she had developed the love of sewing, cross stitch and needlepoint. In her late teens, she started to crochet, later followed by machine knitting and loom knitting.
Currently her focus is on using yarn to create a modern perspective on the traditional arts of knit and crochet. Sally also loves to share her fiber arts knowledge and has been regularly teaching classes for the last 8 years.
Sally grew up in Hamilton, and now resides in Milton, with her husband, two children, two cats and a dog.
